(Univoltine)  Habitat Wherever foodplant is found. Foodplant Thistle spp. Lifestage data Stem miner. Eggs laid on flower. Larva first feeds on seeds then bores into the stem feeding on the pith. Pupates in dead stems of the foodplant. |
